About The Course

'Rediscover Your Soul Shine' is an experiential learning journey which teaches the foundation skills for your path of growth, expansion and soul shine. 

It's purpose is to empower you with LIFELONG practical tools and powerful techniques  to help you to 'manage the moment', feel more  deeply connected to your own heart and those around you, and transform your daily life into one that is more centred, grounded, light, calm and peaceful.  The program is specifically designed to help you tune in to yourself, understand and learn ways to decrease stress, accelerate personal growth, improve concentration, calm your mind, handle overwhelm like a pro, evolve on your soul journey and so much more.

The content is based on over 20 years of research, experience and practical application with clients just like you. It's an all natural approach, developed and taught by Kristy Lee Rackham, holistic registered nurse and energy mastery mentor... and it really works!

Week 1: Setting You Up To Shine
Foundations of success, introducing "The Me Map", The A.C.T. Process, and tools for holistic wellbeing.

Week 2: Mindset Mastery to Overcome Overwhelm
Mindfulness and meditation, the power of the Four As (Acknowledge, Awareness, Acceptance and Allowing), expectations versus standards, knowing your 'story' and techniques for rapidly overcoming overwhelm.

Week 3: Connect with Consciousness
Heart connection, knowing your values, dealing with daily disconnect, and stress-be-gone techniques

Week 4: Tune in to Transform
Body consciousness, rapid relief in the moment, transformational power and a unique technique you won't learn anywhere else!  

Week 5: Everything is Energy!
Energy literacy introduction, foundations of 'energy hygiene' managing chronic issues, and a sacred technique to supercharge your energy flow, and clear energetic debris from your field.

Week 6: Me Map The Path to a Bright, Soul-Shining Future
​Visioning your shining life, goals or intentions, circle of trust, the Me Map as a powerful future creationary tool and technique all in one!
