Something needs to change, but I'm not sure what!

You can feel it... that subtle dis-ease at the back of your mind, that quiet 'nagging' feeling that something is not quite right; the soft voice that whispers "you can't keep living like this" and the longer you ignore that voice, the louder it is getting!

You know that something needs to change.

You can feel it in your bones.
Or perhaps, life has thrown you a dramatic curve ball that says "HEY! Things are changing.  You have to change too".  Perhaps you've lost your job; you or a loved one has had a health 'scare' that has kicked you into gear; financially things are pretty bad.

It is true that there are physical markers that have been determined by bio-medical science as optimal levels required for a 'normal' state of health for men, women and children.  However, health is far
more than a state of mind or the level of fitness we have.  That's why we feeeel it.  Health problems are simply the body's way of saying "HEY!  PAY ATTENTION!  Something here has to CHANGE!"  This 'message' is a collaborative effort between our mind, body and spirit, and a delicate dance between our outer environment and our internal world.

Health can also mean different things for different people.  For some it is effectively managing daily pain or mobility, for others it means feeling a sense of emotional wellbeing and fulfilment, or it may mean being in a state of mental stability and self-empowerment.

Complete and vibrant health requires that all the elements of our outer lifestyle be beautifully poised and aligned with our inner core values.   Otherwise, we get that physical message from either our body, or life itself telling us to make some adjustments.   Having said that sometimes, it is difficult to achieve sustainability in our life.  This is especially true when emotional challenges and chronic illness/pain is part of the equation.

There are three vital keys that we all need to achieve our own unique brand of optimal health and wellbeing.

The FIRST KEY is AWARENESS.  For healthy change to be possible, we must first notice that there is a problem!  We need to see what is really going on within us and around us.  Sometimes when we are 'in it', it can be very difficult to have awareness and clarity around our own situation .

Imagine how great it would be if there was someone who could teach you how to be more aware, to guide you through the change that has to happen.  Knowing that you can get help to traverse the new path is a relief, right?!   We can take a deep breath, and start the process of change, of healing, far more confidently when we understand that there is someone there who is there just for us... there 'FOR ME'.

Without awareness, positive change, and better health, is not possible.
